TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes from part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents 18years and over, that complete and submit an online survey that will be emailed to them during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Invitation emails and survey introductory text contains links to terms & conditions, privacy policy and contact email.
3. Promotion commences 08/06/2022 in all states, with ACT/SA commencing 10/06/2022. Entries close on 31/07/2022 at 5:30pm (EST). The draw will take place 23.02 Tower 3, International Towers, 300 Barangaroo Ave, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia on 02/08/2022 at 3:30pm (EST). The Winners list will be published in The Australian newspaper on 09/08/2022. Winner(s) will also be notified by email or phone if email address is not available with 21days of the draw. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The first prize winner will receive an EFTPOS gift card valued at $6,000. There will be five runners up prizes, each runner up will receive their choice of one bottle of Dom Perignon valued at $699 or one bottle of Penfolds Grange valued at $699. Total prizes valued at $9,495* Prizes are not transferable or refundable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
5. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on 03/11/2022 at 2:30pm (EST), in order to redraw the prize should it be unclaimed by that date, (subject to relevant state authorities). All entrants must be of the age of 18 years or over. Any winner/s of previously unclaimed prize will be notified by email and their names published in The Australian newspaper on 10/11/2022.

7. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) of Australia and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.
