TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

  1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents 18 year and over, that complete and submit an online survey that will be emailed to them during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Invitation emails and survey introductory text contains links to terms & conditions, privacy policy and contact email.
  2. Promotion commences 05/12/2018, entries close on 20/12/2018. The random draw will be conducted on 21/12/2018. The winner(s) will be contacted within 14 days of the draw date
  3. The prize: 2 night stay for 2 people in a junior lodge suite at either Huka Lodge or Blanket Bay Lodge between 1 April and 31 October 2019 (subject to availability), valued at more than $6,000 PLUS return flights and/or rental car expenses. Prize to be drawn on the 21st of December 2018.
  4. There is no purchase necessary to enter, only one entry per person will be accepted.
  5. The winner will be drawn by random draw from the eligible entries collected during the promotional period.
  6. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries received after the specified closing date will not be accepted.
  7. Prizes are non-exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes with expiry dates are to be redeemed by winner(s) within the appropriate promotional dates. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost or expired vouchers and/or prizes
  8. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on 1/02/2019 at 2:30pm, in order to redraw the prize should it be unclaimed by that date. All entrants must be of the age of 18 years or over. Any winner/s of a previously unclaimed prize will be notified.
  9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) of Australia and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter(s) and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
