A report from NAB and Investment Trends last month also supports this view with a finding that one in four advisers already actively use SMAs, while a further 20 per cent intend to start recommending them to clients.

The Australian love affair with self-managed super funds (SMSFs) doesn’t look set to end anytime soon. Almost 30,000 funds were set up in 2016, bringing the total to nearly 600,000, data from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority shows. In March 2017, more than 1.1 million trustees were administering a massive A$674.7 billion in retirement assets, close to a third of all Australia’s superannuation money.

根据报告，英国在线交易服务集团 IG Group Holdings（LON:IGG）仍是南半球的市场领导者，35%的CFD交易者多使用IG服务。

The Investment Trends 2017 Australia CFD Report is out with some data about the CFDs market in Australia. The annual survey amongst 12,000 investors was conducted in May 2017. Data includes the perceptions of a number of traders about the market in Australia. 

According to the report the total number of CFD traders in the country is steady, but is hampered by high rates of dormancy. Investment Trends lists the total number of Australian CFD traders at around 37,000, which is unchanged when compared to the previous year. The number represents clients of brokerage that have placed at least one trade during the past 12 months.
